Job Specification: Must have previous experience within a pub and restaurant kitchen, be keen and willing to learn new skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels. A basic Food and Hygiene certificate would be an advantage. Main duties include preparing and cooking of traditional food, cleanliness of the kitchen area and all related duties as required.
