Job Specification: Searching for and vetting suitable candidates using detailed job specs supplied by the consultant team. Conducting Telephone Interviews with potential candidates to ascertain job search criteria and suitability for job placement through Telepower. Registration and testing of suitable candidates at Telepower offices. Writing and managing advertisements to attract candidates. Dealing with initial telephone contact from interested candidates and deciding on their potential placeability. Adhering to and succeeding in hitting detailed KPIs and general performance targets. The Person: Highly articulate. Energetic and positive outlook. Ability to generate interest and positively promote job roles and opportunities.
